Creator Partnerships Manager

Important: We are an English first company, but Fluent German is mandatory for this position

We are looking for a detail-oriented multitasker (m/f/d) ‍ - someone who loves structure, can manage complex budgets and systems, has a professional eye for social media content and still has the charisma to keep agency partners engaged and motivated.
Fluent German at a native level is essential for this role.

Our Creator Partnerships Manager will be the main point of contact for our creators and creator agency partners. In this role, you will...

• Manage and strengthen our existing creator and agency relationships
• Ensure high-quality content delivery
• Oversee campaign budgets
• Negotiate deals
• Onboard new creator agencies

By keeping close communication with creators and agencies, you’ll make sure campaigns run smoothly and efficiently - always securing the best outcomes for both our advertisers and creators.

While the focus lies on managing and optimizing current partnerships, you may also support in acquiring new creators as well as agencies and contribute to community and content initiatives.

Tasks

• 1. Creator & Agency Management (Point of Contact)
  Act as the primary point of contact for creators and agency partners, and help defining and building scalable mass-communication channels and processes to ensure smooth campaign execution.

• 2. Content Review & Quality Management
  Review creator content with a critical, performance-driven perspective, provide clear revision feedback, and take ownership of final quality approval in line with campaign standards.

• 3. Creator & Agency Acquisition & Partnerships
  Identify, approach, and onboard new creators and agency partners, contributing to the development of long-term, high-quality partnerships.

• 4. Community & Relationship Management
  Manage and nurture the creator community through direct interaction (social media comments), engagement initiatives, and events, strengthening long-term relationships and brand loyalty.

Requirements

A highly organized multitasker with outstanding communication skills and a sharp eye for detail. You’re just as comfortable negotiating tough deals with agencies as you are double-checking budgets in a spreadsheet and content before go-live. You thrive at keeping multiple campaigns moving smoothly at once, and you know how to balance professionalism with charisma to build strong, long-term relationships.

Required Job Experiences/Background:

• Communication & Negotiation: Proven experience in managing partner relationships, with strong verbal and written communication skills and the confidence to negotiate fair deals.
• Organization & Tools: High proficiency in Google Spreadsheets and familiarity with CRMs or similar tools; extremely detail-oriented and skilled at keeping budgets, deals, and timelines organized.
• Content Expertise: Experienced in reviewing digital content with a critical and professional eye; able to identify what makes content perform and provide clear, actionable feedback for improvement.
