🎯 What You'll Own

• Manage a High-Volume Portfolio : You will be the guardian of our SMB portfolio (~250-300 customers), ensuring they get value from bookingkit without needing manual check-ins or 1:1 calls for every topic.

• Drive Efficiency & Scale : We want to drive more automation and tech-touch, and you will be the bridge. You will handle client needs today while actively spotting opportunities to solve these problems with Tech-Touch, AI, and automation for tomorrow. Together with the Head of and CS Lead , you will be a key contributor of AI-driven tech-touch solutions to efficiently scale Customer Success at bookingkit.

• Retention & Growth : You’ll focus on portfolio health. Your goal is to spot risks early (churn prevention) and identify customers ready for more (upselling/expansion) using data triggers.

• Hybrid Engagement : You are comfortable jumping on a video call to de-escalate a client or close an upsell, but your default mode is "How can I solve this for 50 customers at once?" rather than "How can I solve this for 1 customer?

🧠 You Bring

• Professional fluency in German (C1 level or equivalent) and English. You must be able to confidently hold business and technical conversations with clients, deliver presentations, and conduct contract renewals in German.

• 1+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS. You understand the difference between "support" and "success."

• You don’t like it when you have to do the same manual task 10 times. You are curious about AI, workflows, and tools and want to learn how to build systems that scale.

• You are organized and proactive. You don't wait for a strategy to be handed to you; you look at your portfolio, see who is at risk, and take action.

• You are comfortable looking at usage data to understand account health. You don't just "feel" a customer is happy; you verify it with the numbers.
