As the Lead / Head of Sales Real Estate & Marketplace at Setting, you will play a very crucial role in driving the company's growth and success. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and expand our sales efforts, connecting businesses with their ideal office spaces in Berlin & beyond. We would want the person to own the entire sales cycle for the leads - from the prospecting stage to closing them. Being one of our early Commercial Managers, Setting would be the place where mavericks can take flight.

Tasks

  • Act on inbound leads with first analysis & reaching out in with the right channel to the leads based on judgement
  • Ensure the clients understands and effectively communicates the value proposition of flexible office solutions
  • Conduct property tours and deliver compelling presentations to showcase office spaces to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
  • Continuously assess vacancies & profitability at deal levels and work with the management team to collaborate on changes in pricing and optimisation in existing deals
  • Based on potential leads, make outbound reach out to such leads
  • Eventually develop the sales team to enable the team to grow the business even further
  • Support expansion of Setting into new markets with insights on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the local office space sector
  • Travel and networking (~25%)

Requirements

  • You have high levels of energy, look to networking & building relationships and thrive in hands-on environments
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German is a must
  • You have the ability to execute, manage time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment
  • The individuals should be prepared to educate and pitch independently & transparently with a consultative approach
  • Proven experience in sales roles (2 to 5 years), preferably in the real estate / office space sector / B2B2X business / hospitality industry
  • You are an analytical, strategic negotiator with a commercially driven, goal-getting attitude
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field would be a plus
