We are looking for a dedicated Working Student to support our Logistics team in their daily business and ensure smooth outbound operations from our current warehouse. You will play a vital role in ensuring financial accuracy and operational fluidity, directly impacting our customer satisfaction and bottom line.

• Operational Monitoring: You conduct daily health-checks on outbound logistics to ensure parcels are moving on schedule.
• Issue Resolution: You investigate and troubleshoot delays or delivery failures, liaising with relevant internal and external stakeholders before the customer experience is negatively impacted.
• Data Quality Improvement: You collaborate with Data Analysts to refine automated reporting tools, translating "on-the-ground" logistics hurdles into technical data requirements.
• Financial Auditing: You own the monthly invoice control process, ensuring billing accuracy across all global carriers and software providers.
• Process Contribution: Contribute ideas and support improvements in operational and logistics processes to increase efficiency.

Dein Profil

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program (student status is required).
• You are available to work approximately 20 hours per week.
• You live in Berlin or are willing to relocate.
• MS-Office and Excel/Google Sheets bear no secrets for you.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI) or skills in SQL is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills are essential, and basic German skills.
• Commitment, openness, and the ability to deal well with pressure are among your core strengths.
• You are a real team player, proactive, and a reliable worker with high attention to detail.
