About the opportunity

We are on the lookout for a Director of Product to join the Vendor Growth - Business Excellence team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences for our partners.

As Director of Product for Business Excellence, you will lead the strategic vision for a global ecosystem that helps vendors understand their performance through deep insights and personalized, AI-driven recommendations to grow their business. You will oversee a high-impact portfolio spanning Personalization, Performance, Earnings, and Centralized Reporting, ensuring our partners have the tools to maximize their full potential on our platforms. In this role, you will lead a team of high-performing Product Managers to build sophisticated, data-driven products that transform raw business metrics into actionable growth levers for hundreds of thousands of partners worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Strategic Vision: Own the product vision and strategy for Business Excellence, establishing it as a key competitive advantage that drives vendor retention and GMV growth.

• Personalization & Intelligence: Drive the transition toward "Growth Intelligence," ensuring every vendor receives personalized, AI-driven recommendations tailored to their unique business needs.

• Financial & Performance Transparency: Revolutionize how vendors understand their business by delivering best-in-class Earnings and Reporting products that provide deep financial clarity.

• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers within the menu management domain. Foster a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, innovation, and user empathy.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Tribe Leads, Engineering, Design, and Analytics to ensure a seamless and high-performance vendor journey across web and mobile.

• Stakeholder Alignment: Act as a trusted advisor to regional teams and global C-level stakeholders, aligning your domain’s agenda with the broader Delivery Hero marketplace goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience building digital products in high-performance, fast-growing environments and a strong track record of driving business results

• 7+ years of leadership experience; a proven track record of managing and growing other Product Managers and leading "leaders."

• Deep Analytical Fluency: Ability to evangelise, explain and align the product agenda by reference to data and expected impact.

• Technical Sophistication: Experience working with complex data architectures, AI/ML-driven recommendation engines, or financial/reporting systems.

• Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to communicate and negotiate in complex organizational environments, moving from "candid fights" to high-speed execution.
