Aufgrund des zunehmenden Wachstums unseres Unternehmens sind wir aktuell auf der Suche nach einem Fachinformatiker (w/m/d) für Systemintegration für den Bereich Field Service in Vollzeit im Großraum Berlin/Brandenburg.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Sie sind Hauptansprechpartner für unsere Kunden (Kliniken und Privatpraxen) in allen fachlichen und systemadministrativen Fragestellungen und stellen die einwandfreie Funktion unserer Produkte sicher
• Sie sind verantwortlich für Durchführung von Wartungs-/Service- und Installationsarbeiten innerhalb des ausgeschriebenen Großraums per Fernzugriff und planen eigenverantwortlich Ihre Einsätze
• Im Bedarfsfall installieren und konfigurieren Sie notwendige Software-Komponenten inklusive Server und Peripheriegeräte beim Kunden vor Ort oder per Fernzugang
• Sie stehen im engen Austausch mit dem Klinik- und Praxispersonal, um Fehler zu beheben, zu beraten und führen im Bedarfsfall Einweisung durch
• Sie werten Netzwerkdaten mittels Softwareanalysetools aus und erstellen aussagekräftige Servicereports und -dokumentationen

Ihr Profil:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration, Systemelektronik, Netzwerkadministration
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Informationstechnologie im 1st/2nd Level IT-Support, als Systemadministrator oder im IT-Service
• Kenntnisse innerhalb von Windows Administration (Active Directory), Netzwerkadministration, Virtualisierungsumfeld sowie im Umgang mit Microsoft Datenbanken (Microsoft SQL)
• Spaß an direkter Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden und Kollegen, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie eine zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
• Bereitschaft zu gelegentlicher Reisetätigkeit innerhalb des Großraums Berlin/Brandenburg sowie eine gültige Fahrerlaubnis
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
