Mobile Developer (Sweat equity, unpaid)

We’re looking for a startup-minded, self-driven developer – not a task-follower. This is an equity-only role (for now), meaning you earn a real stake in the company as we grow.

Tasks

• Develop and optimize the mobile app using React Native, ensuring smooth performance and scalability across both iOS and Android platforms
• Implement and manage user behavior tracking, monitoring in-app interactions to understand user flow, retention, and engagement patterns
• Integrate tracking tools for advertising platforms, like Google Analytics, Facebook SDK, and others, to support targeted ads and measure advertising effectiveness.
• Ensure app scalability and performance, identifying and resolving issues to enhance user experience
• Manage technical aspects of mobile-focused product releases, working closely with the design, backend, and business teams

Requirements

• At least 4-5 years of experience in mobile development.
• Proficiency in React Native with a deep understanding of mobile app development.
• Ideally: Experience with native development (iOS and Android), to future-proof the app and facilitate a smooth transition when scaling.
• A Builder Mindset: You love startups, think like a founder, and take ownership of what you build.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, working closely with a small, agile team. We couldn't stress this enough. No ghosting ❌
