We're a fast-growing startup in the cloud computing space. We believe that while cloud platforms are functionally great and quite powerful, they are built on legacy software and are irritably inefficient (and expensive!). Based on award-winning research and open-source tech, we have built Unikraft Cloud, a next-generation cloud platform that allows for order-of-magnitude better efficiency, performance, and security.

What you'll do and why it's career defining

You'll own operations for our startup, building the systems and processes that keep the team running efficiently. You'll work closely with founders on executive operations, manage our hiring and onboarding processes, handle equipment procurement, and organize team events. This role requires someone who can both design systems and execute on the details.

What You'll Own

• Executive Operations & Scheduling : Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings across time zones, and optimize leadership schedules.
• Equipment & Vendor Management : Handle equipment procurement, manage vendor relationships and budgets, and ensure the team has what they need.
• Onboarding & People Operations : Own the onboarding process for new hires, from paperwork to first-day setup.
• Hiring Operations : Coordinate interview scheduling, manage candidate communication, and maintain hiring pipelines.
• Events & Culture : Plan and execute team retreats, company events, and other team activities.
