Responsibilities
The Team Lead, Global ABM is responsible for shaping and scaling our global account-based marketing strategy, driving deeper engagement and pipeline growth across key Enterprise accounts and priority industries.
This is a high-impact, highly visible role where you will lead a team responsible for executing ABM programs across regions. Your focus is to ensure the team delivers targeted, high-quality campaigns that increase account engagement, improve penetration within key accounts, and drive measurable pipeline impact.
You will work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, GTM leadership, and regional teams to align on priorities, target accounts, and engagement strategies. A key part of the role is creating clear visibility into account engagement, using data and insights to guide decisions and continuously improve performance.
This role requires a leader who stays close to the details of campaign and technical setup, has a strong understanding of the systems and data, and brings clarity and visibility into how programs are performing to guide decisions and improve outcomes.
· Define and drive the global ABM strategy, aligned with GTM priorities, key accounts, and industry verticals.
· Lead and develop the global ABM team, setting the standard through hands-on involvement and strong execution across regions.
· Deliver ABM programs that increase account engagement, deepen account penetration, and surface engaged accounts to Sales, partnering closely with content and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and impact.
· Design and optimize the channel mix for ABM while owning and elevating the technical excellence of ABM execution, ensuring Demandbase is set up, used, and optimized effectively.
· Create clear visibility into account engagement and program performance, translating insights into actions that improve outcomes.
· Lead from the front by rolling up your sleeves to improve execution, solve challenges, and evolve how ABM is delivered.
Requirements
· 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with strong focus on ABM and Enterprise marketing in a SaaS or technology company.
· Proven experience leading teams and delivering account-based strategies that drive pipeline and revenue impact.
· Hands-on experience with Demandbase (or similar ABM platforms), with a strong understanding of account engagement and performance metrics.
· Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across Sales, Marketing, and senior leadership.
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, able to create alignment and clarity across a global organization.
· Strategic thinker with a practical, execution-focused mindset and a track record of driving change and improving performance.
