Job Description

• You monitor service levels, queues, intraday performance, and agent availability in real time.
• You support short- and long-term scheduling, shift maintenance, and daily staffing adjustments.
• You assist in volume forecasting, capacity planning, and data modeling.
• You create clear and actionable reports for operational teams and management.
• You deep-dive into data to identify patterns, inefficiencies, or opportunities for improvement.
• You collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service and Product.

Qualifications

• You are passionate about digital products and interested in Financial Markets
• You have an excellent academic background (e.g. Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Business Administration or similar)
• You are (and will be for 1+ year) enrolled for Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant field of study in Germany
• Initial relevant experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus (e.g. high growth startup, leading management consulting firm or investment bank)
• You work proactively and independently
• Excellent English communication skills
• Availability ca. 16-20h / week
• In a hybrid team setup with flexible working hours, you are willing to spend one day per week on site in our Berlin office
