Senior Project Developer – Renewable Energies (m/f/d)

Required experience & qualifications:

• Fluent German (written and spoken), with English as an advantage.
• Degree or vocational training in energy technology, business administration, industrial engineering, renewable energies, urban planning, or agricultural brokerage.
• Experience in project development for PV and/or wind projects (experience with large-scale battery storage is preferred).
• Strong knowledge of project management methods and MS Office
• Proven communication, negotiation, and analytical skills with a proactive mindset.
• Class B driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify and secure new sites for PV and wind projects.
• Manage and coordinate approval processes with municipalities, authorities, and partners.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for stakeholders throughout development.
• Guide projects through the full development cycle up to commissioning.
• Collaborate with internal and external experts to deliver high-quality outcomes.
