VIE- CNE Transformation (m/f)

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Junior Professional to join our dynamic team in Berlin. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact strategic initiatives and support the ongoing transformation of our Central Northern Europe (CNE) operations.

We’ll look to you for

• Support the planning and implementation of transformation projects
• Analyze processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Contribute to change management activities (communication, stakeholder engagement)
• Prepare project plans, status reports, and presentations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Initial experience in in project management or transformation programs
• Affinity for digital tools and agile methods
• Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
