Advizeo Deutschland (formerly Comgy), is a greentech company founded in 2015 and part of the Hager Group, a global leader in electrical building services. We help companies and public organizations reduce the energy consumption of their buildings, while saving money and ensuring legal compliance. Through our software, building management systems, and tailored expert support, we make energy management scalable and effective. With more than 130 employees across France, Germany, and Italy, Advizeo supports hundreds of clients, including major players such as Carrefour, ALDI, and Swiss Life.

Following Comgy's acquisition by the Hager Group this year, we are now part of advizeo by Hager and currently undergoing a post-merger integration phase. As building decarbonisation accelerates across Europe, demand for our solutions is surging. To support this growth, we are seeking a highly motivated working student (or: intern) to join our dynamic team.

YOUR ROLE

As working student (or: intern), you will work closely with our experienced team in Berlin, who bring deep industry expertise and proven startup experience. This role offers hands-on exposure across finance, business development, and operations while directly contributing to building the foundation for our growth in the German market.

Responsibilities include:

• Finance: Create client invoices, process supplier invoices and support monthly finance tasks (e.g. reporting).
• Business Development: Maintain our CRM, enrich energy data in our software (via "Marktkommunikation"), assist with customer support, and support in building a customer portal in Notion.
• Office & Operations: Support general office management, document processes, and coordinate administrative projects.
• Ad-Hoc Projects: Conduct research, prepare sales materials, support cross-functional initiatives, etc.

OUR PERFECT MATCH

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field with outstanding results.
• Prior experience or internships in operations or other business areas.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German (C1 level required).
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability and interest to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
• A proactive self-starter who takes ownership of problems and results, willing to go the extra mile.
• Meticulous, adaptable, with attention to detail and open to feedback and direction.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Location: We have a hybrid office policy with a base in Berlin. Our office is located in Prenzlauer Berg, Kastanienallee
• This is a part-time role, with the opportunity to grow into a permanent position after the initial period.
• Our Story: Founded in 2017, Comgy grew rapidly past the Series B stage before undergoing a restructuring in 2023. In 2025, we joined Advizeo by Hager to scale our mission in the DACH market as part of the Hager Group. We now operate as Advizeo Deutschland, combining our technology and market expertise with the resources of a European energy management leader.
