Working Student / Intern (m/f/d) Online Marketing, Focus on Meta Ads & AI Content

Our marketing thrives on storytelling, trends, and the smart use of cutting-edge tools. As part of our team, you’ll work with state-of-the-art AI tools to create content that excites people — and help us push the Craftly brand to the next level.
Tasks
- Create social media content (Meta, Instagram, TikTok) using AI tools & UGC AI approaches
- Support media buying, campaign testing, and performance analysis
- Edit, cut, and mash up creatives from existing material
- Continuously optimize and iterate ads based on performance data and KPIs
- Collaborate closely with the marketing & creative team to develop and implement new ideas
Requirements
- Enrolled student (e.g., Marketing, Media, Communication, Business) or required internship
- Confident handling of state-of-the-art AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs)
- Experience with prompting and leveraging AI for creative content generation
- Strong skills in editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar)
- Creativity and a flair for innovative approaches in social media marketing
- Analytical mindset for campaign testing and performance data
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
