Your mission

We are looking for an ambitious and self-motivated intern to join our early-stage venture capital fund for a minimum period of 4 to 6 months starting October/November 2026 . The selected candidate will be working closely with our team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, gaining valuable experience and exposure to various aspects of the venture capital industry.

Tasks

Deal Sourcing and Deal Making: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities, screen incoming deal flow, contribute to the development of investment theses, and support with due diligences.

Event Organization: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of networking events and other industry-related activities, as well as attending such events to represent the firm.

Fund Operations: Provide support to the team in various administrative and operational tasks, such as fund accounting, investor relations, and other ad-hoc projects as needed.

Network Building: Help us to build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, industry experts, and other venture capital firms, with the aim of identifying new investment opportunities and potential strategic partnerships.

Requirements

We are looking for:

• Strong academic background in business, technology, engineering, science or a related field. You have gained practical experience in a fast-paced environment. We highly value different backgrounds and various professions.
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset with a strong self-initiative and interest in start-ups and venture capital.
• You are able to navigate with only high-level direction and can cope with minimal amounts of face-to-face team time.
• You are highly motivated with a demonstrable curiosity for technology, an entrepreneurial journey, and strong commercial acumen.
• You are an open-minded, communicative, and proactive person.
• You are fluent in English and preferably also speak some German.
• You are available for a 4 to 6 month internship starting in mid October or beginning of November 2026.
• Work permit for Germany.

• 20 min intro call with one of our team members
• A take-home case study
• Case study interview, where you present your results
