Distribution Photo Business: – Specializing in photo printing solutions across Europe and North Africa, offering tailored services through a strong distributor network and over 20 years of expertise.
Service Business – A global leader in brand activations via photo and video experiences, partnering with major brands to create immersive marketing events through proprietary technology.
Thermal Transfer Ribbon (TTR) Business – One of the world's largest manufacturers of thermal transfer ribbons for barcode and sublimation printers. Based in Haarlem, Netherlands, our European division employs over 180 experts and produces key product lines, including TTR, photo, card materials, and holographic solutions for markets in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Russia.

The Job:
As a DACH Area Sales , you play a vital role in driving the growth of DNP Imaging Photo Europe across all business units within DACH area. Supporting the Country Manager, you ensure seamless coordination between Distribution Photo Business , and Thermal Transfer Ribbon (TTR) divisions, maximizing market opportunities and delivering tailored solutions to our customers. You are always looking for the win-win in a business deal, ensuring optimal results for DNP.
Your ability to manage diverse product ranges allows you to address the specific needs of various industries.
You operate based on a structured account plan , ensuring business opportunities are effectively developed, while maintaining rigorous oversight of pricing strategies, sales forecasts, and performance metrics . All interactions are carefully documented within our CRM system , enabling smooth internal collaboration and strategic alignment.
Tasks / Responsibilities:
realizing profitable growth target
issuing the sales plan on yearly basis
reports on monthly basis
making customer visits and reports
collaborate closely with the assigned Customer Service Representatives in their direct commercial actions to customers.
introduction and training on products at customers
negotiating pricing and other conditions
identify opportunities and cold calling
make suggestions on budgeting and action plans on yearly basis
advise on product and customer strategy to the Sales Manager EMEA
manage Key, Grow and Service customers and work together with the assigned customer Service Representative to delegate tasks and responsibilities.

Required Knowledge / Education:
fluently speaking the languages needed to function properly in the region: English, German, other languages are highly appreciated
high level of speaking and writing English is a minimum requisite
Driver’s license for a car
