About the role:

Join bsport's DACH team at a moment when boutique fitness has never been more exciting. Pilates reformer studios, yoga collectives, and wellness concepts are among the fastest-growing, most talked-about businesses in Germany, Austria and Switzerland right now and you'll be the one connecting with the founders and studio owners building this movement.

You'll join a young, ambitious, and tight-knit team that genuinely supports each other-the kind of place where your ideas are heard, your growth is a priority, and showing up as yourself is part of the culture. We combine independence with real team spirit: you'll own your pipeline, but you'll never be doing it alone.

Career progression here is fast and transparent. As an SDR, you'll move from Junior to Confirmed to Senior SDR-often within a year-with each step bringing more responsibility, more influence, and a bigger bonus. From Senior SDR, the path opens up to Junior AE or Team Leader SDR roles. You're in the driver's seat of your own career.

 What will be your impact:

• Prospect boutique fitness, pilates, and yoga studios across the DACH region, researching the market to spot new revenue opportunities.

• Reach out to studio owners and managers by email to spark interest in bsport's platform.

• Cold call potential clients to introduce bsport and understand their needs.

• Use Instagram and LinkedIn to connect with studio founders and decision-makers- many of whom are building beautiful, community-driven brands you'll genuinely enjoy discovering.

• Share market insights and trends with our Sales and Operations teams.

• Manage and track your pipeline in Salesloft, staying organized and on top of your outreach.

• Get creative with video and personalized outreach to stand out and build real connections with prospects.
  

You would be great fit if you have:

• Experience in sales, customer service, or another client-facing role-bonus points if it's in a high-growth, startup, or wellness/fitness environment.

• Native-level German and fluent English.

• You take initiative, love a fast pace, and aren't afraid to figure things out as you go.

• You're organized, precise, and communicate with warmth and clarity- in writing and out loud.

• You bring creative energy: new ideas, new angles, and the confidence to pitch them.

• You're comfortable with digital tools and sales software (CRM, LinkedIn, email platforms).

• You can juggle a high volume of outreach without losing quality or personal touch.

• An interest in fitness, wellness, or the pilates/yoga world is a real plus-you'll be talking to this community every day.
