We are looking for a DACH Brand Manager to join our Pharmaceuticals commercial organization. This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of marketing strategy and execution across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, helping shape the commercial success of our pharmaceutical portfolio in one of Europe’s most important healthcare markets. Initially, your focus will be on Cardioplexol, with the opportunity to expand your responsibilities to additional products and future launches as our portfolio grows.

As the dedicated brand lead for the DACH region, you will bring global brand strategies to life through locally relevant marketing initiatives, driving planning, campaign execution, and customer engagement across the full marketing lifecycle. In close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, you will help accelerate product adoption and strengthen brand performance across the DACH region.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute the DACH marketing strategy and annual plan in alignment with global brand objectives and local commercial priorities.

• Adapt global positioning, messaging, and campaigns to local market needs while ensuring brand consistency.

• Identify market opportunities, customer insights, and growth initiatives to optimize commercial performance.

• Support product launches and lifecycle management activities across the DACH region.

• Plan and execute multichannel marketing campaigns targeting key healthcare stakeholders.

• Develop and localize promotional materials, digital content, educational resources, and customer engagement tools.

• Ensure marketing activities and materials comply with local regulations and internal requirements.

• Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize marketing activities.

• Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, customer needs, and business performance to generate actionable insights.

• Lead the planning and execution of congresses, workshops, symposia, and educational events in alignment with global strategy.

• Support sales teams with training materials, product messaging, competitive positioning, and customer-facing tools.

• Manage external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing programmes.

Your Profile

We are looking for a commercially driven and hands-on marketing professional with a strong customer focus and the ability to translate strategy into execution. You bring a proactive, analytical, and collaborative mindset, thrive in a dynamic international environment, and enjoy taking ownership while working closely with diverse stakeholders to build brands, support launches, and create meaningful market impact.

We imagine that you’ll have:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.

• 5–8 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device marketing, preferably within hospital or specialty care.

• Experience with product launches and commercial execution within the DACH region.

• Experience interpreting market and sales data to generate actionable insights.

• Strong strategic and operational marketing capabilities.

• The ability to translate scientific and clinical data into relevant customer value propositions.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills across commercial, medical, and global functions.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.

You will be part of the DACH Commercial Organization and report to the Country Manager DACH. The role works closely with colleagues across Global Marketing, Sales Leadership, Key Account Managers, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial Excellence, Regulatory, Quality, external agencies, and Key Opinion Leaders.

As part of our growing Pharma division, you will help shape future portfolio growth and launches while contributing to the continued development of our commercial organization across the DACH region.
