About The Role
The AI Fact-Checking Assistant identifies and corrects inaccuracies within our advisory reports. You will work alongside our senior advisors to ensure that every sentence in our written counsel is supported by verifiable evidence. This position exists to bridge the gap between AI-assisted research and the rigorous standards required for board-level decision making.
This is a full-time, permanent position designed for someone early in their career. You will spend your time auditing technical summaries, verifying citations, and checking the logic of drafts. In a firm that relies entirely on the written word, your role is to protect the integrity of the record.

Our firm operates on a specific philosophy: we do not use slide decks or facilitate consensus sessions. We produce authored memoranda that remain on file as a permanent record of a decision. These documents are usually seven to ten pages long and are signed by a single individual. This approach ensures analytical honesty and accountability. What You Will Do

• Verify each data point and statistic mentioned in a drafted memorandum against primary sources.
• Audit citations to ensure that every quote and reference is attributed correctly and used in context.
• Review AI-generated research summaries to identify hallucinations or subtle misinterpretations of source material.
• Examine public filings, corporate records, and regulatory documents to confirm timelines of executive actions.
• Draft brief, evidence-based notes for senior advisors when a drafted claim cannot be verified.
• Maintain a logical filing system for all source materials used to support a specific memorandum.
• Check the formatting of footnotes and references to ensure they meet our internal standard for clarity.

You must be able to read dense material and summarize it with perfect accuracy. We value people who prefer working independently and focusing on a single document for several hours at a time. You do not need years of corporate experience, but you must be able to demonstrate a high standard for your own research and writing.
