Senior Paid Media & Measurement Specialist

This is a paid media role for someone who is as comfortable inside a Meta Ads Manager as they are inside a dashboard, a tracking spec, or a conversation about what a channel is actually contributing. If you've ever had to defend a paid budget with more than last-click numbers, built your own view of performance because the platforms didn't agree with each other, or quietly automated a reporting task that used to eat your Mondays — you'll feel at home here.
What you'll do
As our Senior Paid Media & Measurement Specialist, you'll lead paid media at Mintos across markets — setting strategy, running the channels, and taking ownership of how we measure their performance.
You will:
Own paid media end-to-end across markets- strategy, execution, and the measurement layer underneath. Meta, TikTok, Google Search, YouTube, Display, Reddit, Taboola, Outbrain, with room to explore new channels where they make sense.
Manage budgets across channels and markets and make the trade-off calls between them with a clear, defensible logic.
Drive web sign-ups and app installs, with a sharp eye on what each channel is actually adding rather than what it's claiming.
Run the experimentation agenda: design tests with statistical rigour across channels, markets, and creatives, measure incremental lift rather than relying on platform-reported conversions, and make investment calls based on evidence.
Own how we measure paid, not just report on it. You'll define the attribution approach, run incrementality and geo-experiments where they matter, and make sure the numbers we're optimising against actually reflect business impact (sign-ups, funded users, LTV) — not just what each platform claims.
Build the paid media data and tracking foundation - work closely with our analytics and engineering teams to shape tracking, server-side events, and the data flow from clicks to funded accounts. You won't be doing this alone, but you'll be the marketing-side owner who knows how it all fits together.
Automate the boring parts across reporting, budget pacing, anomaly detection, and creative rotation. We value people who look for ways to make recurring work more efficient rather than accepting it as it is.
Collaborate with the wider marketing team, agencies, and freelancers on creative and localisation, working closely with the colleagues who are experts in these areas.
Your professional skills and background
Must-haves:
5+ years in paid media, with hands-on platform expertise across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
A measurement-first mindset. You're not satisfied with last-click reports. You've run incrementality tests, geo-holdouts, or lift studies — and you can talk concretely about what you learned and how it changed budget decisions.
Comfort with the technical side of paid media. You don't need to be an engineer, but you should be at home with tracking setups, UTM logic, server-side events, MMPs, and reading or writing the queries that pull your own data. If you've ever debugged a broken pixel or a misattributed install, that's the energy.
A bias for automation. You've built or scripted things that made paid media reporting, optimisation, or QA faster.
Strong analytical thinking. You're comfortable designing tests, interpreting results carefully, and distinguishing meaningful signals from noise.
Experience driving web and app acquisition in performance-led environments.
Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
Background in fintech, investments, or another regulated environment where tracking and consent are non-trivial.
Experience leading paid media in-house.
Working knowledge of SQL and a BI tool (Looker, Power BI, or similar) — enough to build and debug your own dashboards rather than waiting on tickets.
Familiarity with marketing mix modelling or working alongside an MMM build.
Conversational German, Spanish, or French.
