Rope Access Technician Offshore (m/f/d)
About us We at RTS Wind AG are a specialized company in the wind energy sector. For over 25 years, our experienced service technicians have been supporting clients with rotor blade repairs, as well as the servicing and maintenance of wind turbines. With extensive experience, solid know-how, and a dedicated team, we make an important contribution to the energy transition every day. For offshore deployment, we are looking for a Rope Access Technician Offshore (m/f/d) in the Berlin region to start with us into the new season 2026. Profile
- Valid certification as FISAT / IRATA Level 2 or 3, as well as extensive climbing experience
- Initial offshore experience is an advantage
- Strong safety awareness and sense of responsibility
- Reliable and quality-conscious working style
- Fluent English skills
- Inspection of tower, nacelle, steel structures, and rotor blades for damage using rope access techniques
- Bolt inspection and torque verification
- Application and repair of corrosion protection
- Composite repairs on rotor blades
- Service work, e.g., on the tower or climbing systems
- Documentation of work processes
- A permanent employment contract
- A family-friendly and predictable rotation schedule
