Job Description

As AUTODOC continues to expand its footprint across 27 countries, our financial landscape grows increasingly sophisticated. To aid in this journey, our Tax Department is looking for a collaborative and numbers-driven student to play a vital support role within our team. This position is designed as a learning journey. You will be mentored by experts, gaining hands-on experience in high-level corporate tax topics like tax accounting, international tax law and global minimum tax. It is an exciting opportunity to see how a major e-commerce scale-up manages its global obligations while building a solid foundation for your own career in finance.

As such, we are hiring a Working Student - Tax (m/f/d) to support our daily operations and project work with:

• Reporting : Supporting monthly and year-end closing tax calculations.
• Tax Accounting : Helping calculate tax assets and liabilities.
• Pillar 2 : Assisting with data collection for global minimum taxation ’ requirements.
• Compliance : Supporting with the preparation of tax returns.
• Research & Tools : Monitoring tax law changes and assisting with our tax software (GTC).

Qualifications

Your Profile:

• Education : You are an enrolled student in Business, Economics, or a related field (ideally 1-2 years completed already).
• Specialization : You have a strong interest in Taxation and Accounting (IFRS/HGB), and you may also be planning to start your career in this field.
• Technical Skills : You bring solid MS Excel skills for handling data and formulas.
• Mindset : You have an affinity for numbers and a structured way of working.
• Languages : You are fluent in English; German is a plus.
