Your responsibilities:

• Serve as a representative of the company and the first point of contact for our guests, creating a consistently positive and professional impression

• Handle guest enquiries and requests via telephone and email, ensuring prompt and accurate responses or forwarding them to the appropriate department

• Provide recommendations and information about the hotel, its services, and the surrounding area

• Accept bookings and forward reservation requests for our restaurants

• Receive and coordinate special guest requests with the relevant departments

• Manage internal and external mail and correspondence

• Work closely and collaboratively with all departments within the property

• Receive, handle, and resolve guest complaints in a professional and confident manner

• Maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive guest information

Your Profile:

• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a friendly, professional presence

• High level of commitment, initiative, and ability to work independently

• Strong team spirit and collaborative mindset

• Good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications

• Excellent manners and a courteous, service-oriented approach

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

The following qualifications would be an advantage:

• Completed vocational training in the hospitality industry

• A pleasant, calm, and professional telephone manner
