Working Student (f/m/d) - Video Content Creator and Video Editor

What you'll build

As a working student (f/m/d) for video content creation and video editing, you will collaborate in a cross functional team to create videos and communication materials while adhering to SAP’s brand strategy and style.

Your tasks will include:

• Editing videos to showcase our products and solutions to customers, partners, and internal audiences
• Producing product showcases: Feature overviews, latest AI scenarios, how-to demo videos
• Contributing to research support: Filming interviews and event footage, creating highlight reels
• Assisting with internal and customer storytelling: Testimonials, case studies, team updates

Start date: September 1st 2026

What you bring

• Currently enrolled and pursuing a degree in media, film, motion graphics, animation, or a related field (we encourage applications early in bachelor’s or master’s studies)
• Fluent English (written and verbal), German is a plus but not required
• Experienced in video content creation and editing
• Your portfolio demonstrates creative ideas, strong visual communication, and high attention to detail
• Skilled in project management: Timelines, versioning, naming conventions, asset delivery
• Strong collaborator working with UX designers, researchers, PMs, engineers, content designers, and marketing teams
• Able to work in a hybrid setup from the company location in Berlin, and remotely

• Determined to meet deadlines; able to work independently and prioritize
• Comfortable with iteration and feedback
• Organized and proactive, helping the team accelerate progress with clear communication

Tools you should know:

• Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop
• Screen capture, AI-voices: TechSmith Camtasia, Audiate
• Collaboration: Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint)
• Design and prototyping: Figma for mock ups and UI assets

The UX Research and Engagement team is at the heart of SAP Business Suite User Experience, with diverse expertise and high-quality standards. Our customers, partners, & users are front and center of everything we do. Only by discovering their needs and challenges can we define the solutions that drive exceptional user experiences and delight our audience. We include videos as a core part because they help explain complex features and showcase SAP's current and future UX innovations. You will work closely with our media production expert and senior designer on video, communication, and design tasks.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
