Head of Product Management (m/f/d)
Your tasks
We are looking for a highly dextrous commercial leader to join us as we become the most exciting omni-channel omni-category food businesses in Europe. Sitting in our Product organisation, we are seeking a commercial lead to own and lead the innovation pipeline, ensuring we are identifying and delivering market defining growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead and own the our multi-channel and multi-category innovation process, ensuring commercial checks and balances along the way
- Lead and own our portfolio lifecycle, ensuring our multi-category portfolio remains healthy and relevant
- Define the commercial hurdles to protect profitability whilst championing our signature product quality
- Collaborate with channel owners to build and maximise market opportunities and relevant category assortments
- Generate, manage and maintain accurate financial data and reporting.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders from across the organisation to achieve consensus and a consolidated innovation roadmap
Your profile
- You have at least 8 years of professional experience in FMCG, consulting or operations
- You have experience with physical product portfolios and, ideally, in managing omni-category and/or omni-channel variables
- You hold a degree in business administration, economics, or a similar field, or have completed equivalent vocational training.
- You live in Berlin or are willing to relocate, to enjoy working on-site at our headquarters in Schöneberg.
- You have excellent English skills ; German is a plus.
- You possess a strategic and data-driven mindset , and your decisions are based on thorough analysis.
- You are highly structured and organized in your work, enabling you to manage complex tasks and projects responsibly.
- A hands-on mentality and strong assertiveness are among your personal strengths.
- Last but not least: You’re a true team player with strong interpersonal skills for building positive working relationships
