As an Inbound Sales Executive in Berlin, you'll be on the front line: turning warm leads into merchants who actually love what we do. What you'll do

• Pick up warm inbound leads and convert them into active SumUp merchants — consultative, not pushy

• ⚡ Handle a high volume of enquiries across phone, email, and chat without dropping the ball

• Get to know each prospect's business and match them with the right SumUp solution

• Own your pipeline with clean CRM records

• Hit (and beat) your monthly targets — consistently

• Hand off new merchants smoothly to onboarding and customer success so their first experience is great

• Share what you're hearing in the market to help the team sharpen its game

You'll be great for this role if…

• You've got experience in sales or a customer-facing role — inbound or inside sales is a big plus

• You build rapport fast and people feel comfortable talking to you within minutes

• You're wired for results — you own your numbers and know how to hit them

• You can juggle multiple leads without losing focus or letting things fall through the cracks

• You thrive in fast-moving environments where no two days look the same

• You speak German fluently and have a solid level of English for internal comms
