About the Role:

The ideal candidate is an organized, passionate, and proactive problem solver. As part of the the Community and Creator partnerships team, you will help to grow and manage our community of creators across DACH. You will support our client service teams in casting diverse, representative and innovative creators in campaigns, in addition to developing new mechanisms and processes to make talent more discoverable and brand safe across the company.

Here's what you'll do day-to-day:

Creator sourcing & matchmaking:

• Identify influencers on behalf of brands, assessing creative aesthetic, data and personality etc.
• Support on creator sourcing in new markets or to niche briefs for campaigns.

Agency relationships and new talents:

• Identify and build relationships with key talent agencies and creators across DACH.
• Develop a creator outreach approach to onboard creators on an individual basis.
• Create and own our talent agency and creator databases to ensure they are up-to-date, searchable
• Perform regular audits to guide and document progress on diversity and inclusion

Brand safety vetting requests:

• Ensure creators are brand safe for our partners to use across our campaigns.

Community or Marketing Events:

• Support Community leadership in planning & logistics for hosting community events
• Identify, outreach and contract creators for events.

Here's what we're looking for:

• Fluency in German at a native or near-native level (verbal and written) is required for this role.
• Ideally 1-2 years experience in a social media/community management/influencer marketing role
• Experience in Google Workspace and Excel
• Highly organized with very good attention to detail
• Works efficiently under tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented and takes initiative
• Skilled in copywriting and communications
• Experience building relationships with influencers/agents/clients
• Passion for marketing, advertising, and/or the creator economy
• Strong enthusiasm for social media
• Knowledge of current trends in the social media sphere
• A knowledge and passion for topics of diversity and inclusion
• Experience leveraging AI tools and functionality to enhance productivity, research, and communication in day-to-day work
