Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Im Job gebe ich alles, im Gegenzug erhalte ich echten Freiraum. Als Teil des "Control Center - Echtzeit" sorge ich mit präziser Steuerung von Netzstrukturen und Kraftwerken im Höchstspannungsnetz dafür, dass das Stromnetz rund um die Uhr sicher und stabil bleibt. Dabei arbeite ich gemeinsam mit Partnern in Deutschland und Europa.

Was mich erwartet:

• Verantwortung für die sichere Integration von Erneuerbaren Energien in den Netzbetrieb,
• Austausch mit Netzbetreibern, Kraftwerken und Sicherheitskoordinator*innen,
• Ein zukunftsorientierter Arbeitsplatz an der Schnittstelle von Technik und Energiewende,
• Arbeiten im Schichtbetrieb mit planbaren, kompakten Schichten - für finanziellen Ausgleich und mehr Freizeit.

Mein Kompetenzprofil:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit ausgeprägtem Fokus auf Elektrotechnik und Elektroenergiesysteme,
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office,
• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und fließende Englischkenntnisse (B2),
• Hohe Lernbereitschaft,
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Kooperationsfähigkeit,
• Führerschein (Klasse B) von Vorteil.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
