Our Merchant Services team lies at the heart and soul of Wolt, ensuring that we set all of our merchants up for success by providing a seamless onboarding, menu, and photo experience. As Wolt grows both in scale and scope of offering, the strength of our merchant services engine must grow with it.

What you'll be doing

You will be responsible for drafting restaurant menus from scratch, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the process. This includes making changes to existing menu items based on partner or operational needs. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Restaurant Onboarding, Account Managers, and the Imaging team to ensure a smooth and high-quality menu setup experience for our partners.

• Create beautiful menus and content on the Wolt platform to engage our customers
• Verify the accuracy of our restaurant partner's menus on the platform
• Monitor processes, and track progress through Monday.com cases and other Wolt software
• Learn and master our systems, tools, and processes

Our humble expectations

• Fluent in German (spoken and written) and English - any other language is a plus.
• Experience with content creation, editing, or marketing is a plus.
• You are comfortable doing focus work, often working on one very detail oriented project hours at a time.
• Experience in gastronomy or the food industry is a plus.
• You are customer-centric - you have a customer-first mentality, are effective at working with people with varying degrees of technical ability
• You are comfortable working in fast-paced and demanding environments
• You are adept at prioritizing competing demands
• You work well in both independent and diverse team environments
• Experience with Google Suite is a plus
• Experience in gastronomy or the food industry is a plus
