Senior Project Manager (all genders)

As Senior Project Manager within our in-house social agency, you will oversee and lead the social workflows, helping transform the client´s social channels into culturally attuned, entertainment destinations. You will translate the brief and playbook into tangible workstreams, set-up for successful delivery and healthy ways of working for the internal and external teams.

You will work closely with the Social Media Director to define workflows, handle client communications, ensure timely delivery and execute on the highest standard of execution. This is a Senior Project Management role: you will carry full ownership on your workstreams and will be the main source of information for the internal and external teams.

You bring a deep understanding of how to manage social workflows focussed on TikTok and Instagram and you are able to lead agile delivery whilst keeping high quality throughout the work. You have a deep understanding of delivery of exceptional service, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving the strategic direction and success on social for clients.

YOUR MISSION:

Project Management

• Ownership of full workstream life cycle by planning, organizing, and managing client and internal projects and comms
  
• Liaise across various departments and external service providers to provide clear and concise briefing, project development, assets delivery and sharp communication
  
• Drive, motivate and hold internal teams accountable to timely deliver high quality results
  
• Steer social projects and ensure on-brief, top quality deliverables
  
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources, making adjustments as needed to maintain profitability and client satisfaction
  

Account Management

• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with the client, understanding their needs and anticipating future requirements
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by the client promptly and effectively
• Ensure alignment between the team and team leads on various workstreams on the account

Account Health and Strategy

• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports incl. key metrics to both the client and internal stakeholders
• Identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary
  
• Uphold brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all content
  
• Identify opportunities for growth within the account and propose new initiatives or services that can add value (project upselling)
  
• Stay updated on social trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform client strategies

YOUR SKILLS:

• 6+ years in social-first project management roles, with proven track record of successfully managing large, complex social accounts and delivering outstanding client service
  
• Solid understanding of the creative, production and talent sourcing process for social projects, including design, content creation, media production and talents casting and onboarding
  
• Exceptional organizational skills
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  
• Strategic thinking and problem solving ability
  
• Ability to lead teams through fast-paced project cycles while maintaining high standards
