We are currently recruiting a Pricing Data Scientist who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with the Category Management team, your focus will be on building data-driven models, analytics, and experimentation frameworks to optimize product pricing and revenue outcomes within the Product Area.

• Develop and implement predictive pricing models to optimize pricing, promotions, and discount strategies.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis and experimentation (e.g., elasticity modelling, demand forecasting, A/B tests,) to inform pricing decisions. Collaborate with Category Management to translate data-driven insights into business actions.
• Build and maintain robust data pipelines and pricing simulation tools.
• Utilize data visualization tools like (Superset, Tableau, Python libraries) to generate actionable insights.
• Drive automation of manual pricing processes through analytics and modelling. Assist in the implementation of cutting-edge pricing tools
• Implement discounting playbooks aligned with company policies

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Business, Economics, Statistics or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 3+ years’ experience in data science, analytics, or quantitative modelling (experience in pricing/revenue is a plus but not required).
• Strong programming skills in Python or R (experience with SQL essential).
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Superset, Tableau, or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience with machine learning techniques (regression, classification, clustering, time series forecasting).
• Ability to communicate technical insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
