Sales Manager DACH

As a Sales Manager at Founda Health, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our footprint in the DACH region. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle, and cultivating strong relationships with potential and existing clients and business partners. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated sales professional with a passion for healthcare technology and a proven ability to close deals and manage customers. Reporting to the DACH Head of Sales, you will be instrumental in shaping our success in the region and achieving our ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities across the DACH region.

• Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to contracting, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, understanding their needs and ensuring the delivery of value.

• Represent Founda Health at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our brand and generate qualified leads.

• Coordinate and manage the preparation and submission of tenders and proposals, either directly or in collaboration with partners.

• Orchestrate cross-departmental collaboration with internal teams and external partners to gather necessary information and documentation for bids.

• Manage all contractual efforts, negotiating customer terms & conditions and aligning them with back-to-back contracting with our partners.

What you will bring

• Experience: Has 5+ years of experience in sales and/or business development, particularly in a B2B SaaS environment within the healthcare industry.

• Demonstrates project management experience and strong organizational skills.

• Possesses knowledge of tender processes and requirements.

• Exhibits excellent presentation and communication skills in both English and German.

• Shows proficiency in working with HubSpot or similar CRM solutions.

• Based in Germany.
