Marketing Producer/Project Manager

Would you like to help bring great game marketing to life by connecting people, plans, and creative production?

As a Marketing Producer at Snowprint, you'll help ensure that our marketing efforts run smoothly, from the earliest planning stages through to final delivery. You'll work closely with both marketing and game development, making sure everyone has the information, priorities, and support they need to do their best work.

You'll play an important part in how the team works together day to day. This means building strong relationships across teams, creating clarity when priorities compete, and helping maintain an environment where communication is open, respectful, and effective. You'll be observant to the needs of both individuals and the wider team, stepping in when needed to facilitate discussions, improve ways of working, and help create a positive and collaborative atmosphere.

In this role, you'll play an important part in creating the structure and alignment that allows both marketing and game development to succeed.

What you'll be doing

You'll own the production and coordination of marketing assets, including trailers, user acquisition creatives, app store content, localisation assets, and community-facing materials. You'll help ensure that the right people have the right information at the right time, keeping projects moving and stakeholders aligned.

You'll act as a bridge between marketing and game development, working closely with both parts of the team to coordinate upcoming releases, campaign needs, game builds, and asset production. You'll maintain timelines, track priorities, identify risks and bottlenecks, and help create visibility across multiple ongoing initiatives.

You'll also help improve the way we work. This could mean refining production workflows, introducing new tools or automations, improving feedback processes, or creating structures that make collaboration easier and more effective. You'll work with both our internal team and external partners, helping ensure that deliverables meet quality expectations and arrive when they're needed.

Is this you?

You have experience working in a production, project management, or coordination role within game development, mobile apps, digital products, or an agency environment.

You understand how creative production works and are comfortable coordinating projects involving trailers, marketing assets, visual content, or similar deliverables. You don't need to be an artist yourself, but you know how to communicate effectively with creative teams and understand the processes behind their work.

You're highly organised and enjoy bringing structure to complex projects with many stakeholders. You are proactive, communicate clearly, and naturally create alignment between people with different priorities and perspectives.

You enjoy improving processes, spotting potential issues before they become problems, and helping teams work more effectively together. An interest in games is a must have, and an interest in Warhammer is a big plus.

Where you'll work

Our Berlin studio is located in Mitte, with a hybrid working model. We work from the office on Tuesdays and Fridays to support collaboration and social interaction, while other days offer flexibility depending on where you work best. We provide the setup and tools you need to work comfortably both at home and in the studio.
