Key Activities & Responsibilities:

• Implementation and optimization of academic planning processes related to timetabling and room allocation
• Ensuring data completeness and accuracy in university systems (e.g., adjunct faculty data, timetable information, etc.)
• Monitoring and controlling timetable planning, including oversight of the overall courseÂ
offerings, tracking teaching hours for internal and external instructors, and planning andÂ
supervision of degree programs
• Development and implementation of room utilization concepts for lecture halls and otherÂ
spaces for both academic and non-academic events, as well as evaluation and continuousÂ
improvement of effective room usage
• Creation and development of course and event calendars
• Support in the enrollment process (e.g., monitoring group size limits, providing timetableÂ
information)
• Organization and support of EHL on the study programmes offered every semester
• Participation in accreditation processes for existing and new programmes
• Oversee student-facing service delivery via on-site service hours and digital communication
• Lead case management for complex student cases in collaboration with service department counterparts
• Lead evaluation, implementation, and optimization of digital tools supporting schedulingÂ
operations
• Support the Director of Student Services on strategic development and continuousÂ
improvement plans
• Manage the implementation of a new scheduling tool by September 2027

Dein Profil

• Completed university degree and relevant professional experience in higher educationÂ
administration.Â
• Initial experience in leading and managing teams.Â
• Ideally, practical user knowledge of the CampusNet database system or a comparableÂ
scheduling and planning system.Â
• Enjoy working with cross-campus teams and collaborating with various stakeholders andÂ
functional interfaces.Â
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.Â
• A high level of initiative, organizational talent, teamwork, reliability, commitment, loyalty,Â
and flexibility completes your profile.
