Principal, Total Rewards
We are on the lookout for a Principal, Total Rewards to join the Total Rewards Center of Excellence in Berlin on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

Support the development and implementation of Delivery Hero’s global reward philosophy and strategy
Shape and own our global job architecture and compensation frameworks, ensuring scalability, market alignment, and internal equity
Lead data-driven reward insights, translating complex datasets into clear recommendations and executive narratives
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, influencing high-impact compensation and talent decisions
Proactively identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to streamline reward workflows, from data modeling to scalable communication
Bring reward frameworks to life by partnering with People Analytics, People Tech, and regional Total Rewards Business Partners to build scalable systems, tools, and insights that drive consistent global execution
You are driven by the ambition to build an outstanding employee reward experience.
You have 8+ years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, or related fields.
Deep expertise in job architecture, leveling frameworks, global benchmarking (e.g., WTW, Mercer), and range design.
Ability to advise and influence senior stakeholders, building strong relationships across the organization.
Strong analytical capability, including building models, scenarios, and structured insights.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with People Analytics, HRIS / People Tech, and Finance, with a strong interest in advancing AI-driven solutions in Total Rewards.
