Senior Platform Engineer (m/f/x)

What you can expect from us...

• Complete, extend, and maintain our central Kubernetes platform that serves development teams throughout the organization
• Implement security policies, disaster recovery strategies and guardrails across the platform
• Design and implement cloud-agnostic solutions supporting our multi-cloud strategy
• Support development teams with onboarding and migration efforts
• Create documentation and runbooks to support platform adoption and troubleshooting
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment systems, and automation frameworks
• Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and cost-efficiency across cloud providers

What we would expect from you...

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Platform Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, or DevOps Engineer with a focus on Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes including multi-tenancy, RBAC, networking, and cluster operations
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, with extensive AWS experience
• Extensive knowledge about Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform/Tofu, Terragrunt and Crossplane
• Experience with GitOps workflows and tools like ArgoCD or Flux
• Solid programming and scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go
• Passion for developer experience and building self-service platforms that enable engineering teams
• Experience migrating from proprietary services to open-source alternatives is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills, collaborative mindset, and ability to work autonomously in an agile team
