Senior Game Producer (Casual) - Fully Remote

At SOFTGAMES , we’re looking for a Senior Game Producer to lead one of our most exciting hybrid casual games on Facebook Instant! You’ll be right at the core of a small, agile team — defining product vision, shaping strategy, and owning the roadmap for a game with big potential. The ideal candidate is deeply passionate about casual games, possesses a comprehensive understanding of the entire lifecycle of mobile free-to-play games, and can extract, analyze, and report game data to make informed decisions for live operations.

Your role:

• Own and drive the game’s vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Prioritize features for LTV impact
• Lead and mentor a small, agile team
• Use data with BI and UA to boost engagement, retention, and monetization
• Oversee LiveOps, events, and in-game economy
• Apply agile and lean development practices
• Stay up-to-date on Facebook Instant games
• Proactively solve problems
• Align closely with the Head of Studio

Your profile:

• 5 years in Game Production or Product Management (F2P mobile)
• Experience managing live games, casual or hybrid-casual
• Strong understanding of monetization and retention mechanics
• Familiar with UA metrics and strategies
• Data-driven, analytical, and organized
• Comfortable working with remote teams
• Excellent communication in English
• Based in CET Zone +/- 2 hours
