Werkstudent (m/w/d) HR Business Partner

For KWS Berlin GmbH we are looking for a working student (m/f/d) to support HR issues in top management. From our location in Berlin, you will support us in the implementation and further development of our global HR strategy for executives in our international organization. This position is limited to 12 months , includes 20 hours per week and is offered in a **hybrid work model (40% remote work)**.

Your tasks

• You will support various HR projects as well as communication with different stakeholders.
• As part of the team, you will organize meetings and take care of the documentation.
• You will support the optimization of internal processes.
• You will be involved in the creation and further development of internal guidelines.
• With your willingness to familiarize yourself intensively with topics, you will take on research activities and prepare background information for decision-making processes.

Your profile

• You are an enrolled student of economics, human resource management, psychology, social sciences or a comparable course of study and still have at least two semesters of study ahead of you.
• Initial experience in the field of human resources is an advantage.
• You work independently, reliably and carefully.
• Teamwork is a matter of course for you, but at the same time you can work on tasks independently.
• You are enthusiastic about international working environments and different cultures.
• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills .
• Your residence is in Berlin or Brandenburg.
