As a Finance Associate , you will work closely with the executive team and CFO on all financial processes across our national and international business. You will gain a deep, hands-on view of how a SaaS Startup operates: from internal systems and digital finance workflows to collaboration with major enterprise clients, banks, tax advisors.

Your contribution goes beyond keeping our books accurate and payments flowing. Your work will help us communicate with clarity and confidence to our shareholders and investors, enabling us to drive sustainable growth.

What You Will Do

• Serve as a key contact for administrative and financial questions across the company.

• Manage and prepare transactions within accounts receivable and accounts payable.

• Coordinate with auditors, service providers, and banking partners.

• Analyze complex financial and contractual matters and execute practical solutions.

• Support the timely preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.

• Maintain oversight of ongoing contracts and corporate governance processes.

• Ensure smooth payment operations and monitor relevant currencies and accounts.

• Evaluate and optimize recurring finance processes and help implement software-driven improvements.

• Contribute to and produce transparent and investor-ready reporting, supporting our ability to communicate financial performance and secure future funding.

What You Bring

• Degree in business, economics, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.

• Ideally, experience in a technology-driven or SaaS environment and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

• A structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style with a strong sense of ownership.

• Excellent Excel skills and confidence in using digital finance tools.

• Clear and confident communicator in both German and English (C1-C2).
