(Senior) Influencer Marketing Manager (M/F/D)

Aufgaben

As Senior Influencer Marketing Manager you will:

• independently lead national and international influencer marketing campaigns for top-tier clients in the beauty and FMCG space
• act as a strategic advisor, steer the operational team, and serve as the central link between clients, creators, and internal teams
• develop creative concepts and campaign strategies in close collaboration with the client service team
• lead client calls, project kick-offs, and status meetings
• manage the full creator onboarding process – from talent scouting and briefing to contract negotiations and coordination with managements
• ensure brand fit, tone of voice, and quality standards across content
• take ownership of budget planning, cost control, and performance reporting
• mentor and guide junior and mid-level team members

Qualifikation

What we’d like you to bring:

• 4–7 years of experience in influencer, social media, or brand marketing – ideally in an agency environment (experience in event management and experiential projects is a plus, not a must)
• strong understanding of creator strategies, platform mechanics, and performance KPIs
• proven track record in managing complex client projects and large-scale budgets
• confident communication and presentation skills
• passion for brand building, social trends, and creative storytelling
• you know what makes a beauty brand tick and how to make FMCG feel fresh on social
• strong organizational skills, initiative, and a collaborative mindset
• have a Can-Do attitude and want to make things actually happen
• you play nicely with others: be nice & fair to everyone we work with
• very good written and spoken German and English skills complete your profile
