Key Responsibilities

• Internal training: Conduct store‑wide training sessions on optical topics and operate modern diagnostic equipment.

• Customer consulting: Advise clients and support teammates on all matters related to vision correction.

• Refraction management: Perform refractions and ensure that the team follows standardized procedures.

• Technical stewardship: Oversee the store’s technical equipment and contribute your know‑how to store management.

What We’re Looking For

• Solid experience in refraction and/or contact‑lens fitting.

• Completed training as an Optician Master (m/w/d).

• Strong communication skills and a positive, energetic attitude that inspires customers.

• Team‑player mindset with a focus on achieving collective business goals.

Working Conditions

• Full‑time position with a 5‑day work week.

• 30 days of paid vacation per year.
