We’re looking for a creative and hands-on Videographer & Editor (all hands) to join our Visual Productions team at flaconi. In this role, you’ll help shape how our brand is seen and felt—across social platforms, internal channels, and beyond. • Lead end-to-end video production—from concept to final cut—for a range of formats including social media clips, YouTube series, and press content
• Create engaging behind-the-scenes and documentary-style videos that showcase our people, processes, and culture
• Film and edit interviews with team members, leadership, and external partners for internal and external use
• Cover internal and external events dynamically, capturing both energy and storytelling moments
• Take ownership of post-production, including color grading, sound design, and music selection/licensing
• Integrate motion graphics and collaborate with the Graphics team to maintain a consistent visual identity
• Coordinate shoots, manage timelines, and organize deliverables using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.)
• Help maintain studio equipment, optimize workflows, and occasionally liaise with external production partners

• Solid experience as a Videographer and Editor, with a portfolio showcasing a variety of storytelling formats
• Proficiency in editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Strong color correction and grading skills, with an eye for detail and visual consistency
• Knowledge of sound design, music licensing, and creating audio that enhances storytelling
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative and proactive mindset, with excellent communication skills across teams
• Experience working within brand guidelines while also bringing fresh creative input
• Familiarity with Google Suite and a willingness to adapt to evolving tools and workflows
