Social Media Strategist

TripleTen is a remote first organization mirroring our students who complete our bootcamps in a remote environment.

We’re seeking a creative and results-focused Social Media Strategist to drive brand growth, engagement, and conversions through innovative organic and blended social media campaigns.

• Develop and implement a data-driven social media strategy that converts audiences into leads and customers.
• Set measurable campaign objectives and align them with overall business goals.
• Define and refine target audience personas to inform content planning.
• Create platform-specific content calendars that engage and inspire.
• Track and analyze performance metrics, delivering insights and optimization recommendations.
• Identify and leverage emerging trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies.
• Blend paid and organic tactics to maximize reach and scale winning campaigns.
• Test new content formats, hooks, funnels, and CTAs to improve conversion rates.

• Remote, Full-time Contract position.
• Level of freedom to determine the vision of projects and resources to achieve it. We don't believe in micromanaging.
• Get hands-on experience in an ed-tech environment (learning tools and the ins and outs of online education for adults).
• Digital office. To keep our teamwork smooth, we use modern digital tools like Slack, Miro, Notion, Slack, etc.
• Diverse and close-knit team. We're spread out across the US, Europe, LATAM, Brazil and more!

• 5+ years of social media strategy or organic growth experience.
• Demonstrated success in driving measurable conversions from social media (e.g., DM-to-sale, link-in-bio, automated flows).
• Strong understanding of how social metrics connect to business outcomes.
• Proficiency with analytics and management tools (Tableau, Metricool, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
• Expert knowledge of Instagram and TikTok algorithms and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and process management skills.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

• Proven experience with YouTube and LinkedIn audience growth.
• Familiarity with AI-powered content ideation and production tools.
• Paid media experience (Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads).
• Influencer marketing expertise (negotiating, vetting, and managing partnerships).
