Your profile

We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our team in Breitenbach. In this role, you will support various stages of the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety in our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in various production tasks, including trimming, packaging, and processing of cannabis products
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety protocols
• Monitor production equipment for proper operation and report issues to supervisors
• Ensure accurate labeling and documentation of products
• Participate in quality control measures to ensure compliance with company standards
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve daily production goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to remain standing and perform physical tasks continuously throughout an entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 25kg
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role is an advantage
• B2+ level in English; abilities in German, Spanish or French are an advantage
• Eligibility to work in Switzerland without visa sponsorship

Work Conditions

• Onsite work in Breitenbach, Solothurn Canton, Switzerland — accessible by train via Basel and nearby stations in Laufen and Zwingen
• 45 hour working week, 7 am to 4 pm shifts including breaks
