The opportunity
The team is responsible for driving AI adoption across the organization by both building production-grade AI and automation solutions and enabling colleagues to make effective use of emerging technologies through guidance, support, and technology evaluation. Working closely with both business and IT stakeholders, the team translates business needs into AI and automation solutions while supporting their successful adoption across the organization. As part of a collaborative and innovative environment, you will contribute to AI-related projects, technology scouting, and user support while gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI solutions.

Your main responsibilities include

• Supporting the development of AI agents (Microsoft Copilot, vibe coding) and self-service prototyping; providing hands-on technical support to colleagues building their own AI solutions. 

• Maintaining the AI software catalog and preparing tool requests for evaluation in coordination with IT. 

• Running initial screening and research on new AI tools as part of ongoing tech scouting. 

• Supporting the advising of colleagues and business units on AI tooling and usage. You are part of the first point of contact for AI questions and tool requests across the company. 

What we need you to have:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program like business informatics, information management, computer science, or a related field. We are open on the exact background; the mindset matters more. 

• Basic programming skills. You have written code beyond following a tutorial. 

• Strong communication skills in English. 

• Structured and reliable: you can manage your own workload and flag blockers early. 

• A genuine interest in AI and its practical application within organizations, including an understanding of both the technological and human aspects of adoption.

• Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and the ability to independently explore new topics and identify solutions.

• The ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of tasks without requiring detailed step-by-step instructions.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience building AI agents, automations, or workflows in low-code/no-code environments such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, or similar platforms.

• Experience collaborating with business users or supporting non-technical colleagues in implementing digital or AI-driven solutions.

• Familiarity with prototyping, process automation, or AI experimentation in academic, personal, or professional projects.
