A Snapshot of Your Day
As the Product Manager (f/m/d) for Digital Solutions, you operate at the intersection of technology, business, and customers. You align daily with global teams on the development of the cloud-based (AWS), on-premise Predictive Emission Monitoring System, ensuring progress on the highest-impact product priorities. You translate customer insights, pilot learnings, and regulatory requirements into clear roadmap decisions, working closely with engineering, data science, and certification partners. Together with regional teams and product lines, you shape market-ready releases and support customer engagements that accelerate adoption. You balance product strategy, delivery, and market integration to scale Digital Products (PEMS) into a trusted digital solution supporting energy system decarbonization.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Own the end-to-end success of PEMS, acting as the central product authority across development, commercialization, and deployment
• Scale PEMS globally by driving commercialization of the cloud-based emissions monitoring solution with regions and product lines
• Define product strategy and priorities by translating market needs, regulatory developments, and customer insights into clear direction
• Lead cross-functional delivery with engineering, data science, and domain experts to build reliable, certification-ready capabilities
• Validate the product with customers through pilot deployments and convert operational learnings into product improvements
• Shape regulatory readiness by engaging certification bodies and aligning PEMS with evolving emissions monitoring standards

What You Bring

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and extensive experience in product management/ownership for digital, analytics, or industrial software products, with a track record of bringing solutions to market
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across engineering, data science, commercial, and domain experts in global environments
• Strong product mindset, able to translate technical capabilities into clear customer value and business outcomes
• Experience with cloud platforms and data-driven or ML-enabled products, including making informed product and technical trade-offs
• Domain knowledge in industrial systems such as emissions monitoring, gas turbines, energy systems, or industrial digitalization (preferred)
• Fluent English required, additional languages beneficial

About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
