German Speaking Banking Support - Digital Bank | Work In Greece

As a key member of our support team, you will engage directly with German-speaking customers, providing them with the assistance they need to navigate their banking services and ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist German-speaking customers with inquiries regarding digital banking services via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide clear and concise information about banking products, account management, and troubleshooting issues.
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Document all client interactions accurately in our CRM system for follow-up and quality improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience and streamline support processes.
- Stay informed on banking regulations and digital solutions to provide informed assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in banking or financial sectors, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle multiple inquiries effectively.
- Technical proficiency with digital banking tools and CRM systems.
- A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse yourself in a new culture.
