Fintech Founders Associate (m/f/d)

Credibur is building the operating platform for non-bank lending, automating the entire debt facility lifecycle from facility structuring and SPV setup to portfolio reporting, covenant monitoring, drawdowns, and backup servicing. We partner with BNPL providers, factoring companies, SME lenders, and institutional investors such as credit funds and banks, and are backed by leading fintech investors.

We’re looking for a hands-on, analytical Founders Associate (m/f/d) with a strong focus on customer implementation, product development and data . You will work closely with our founder and our customers to get Credibur up and running, connect data sources, and make sure their funding and portfolio reporting works end to end.

Tasks

Your responsibilities will be diverse and evolve as we grow, but will focus on:

• Customer implementation & onboarding: Work directly with lender to understand their structures and data, set up Credibur, and make sure their facilities and portfolios are correctly reflected in our platform.
• Data pipelines & analytics: Work with financial and operational data (loan tapes, repayment data, facility data) to build views, check data quality, and support automated reporting.
• Product & process improvement: Translate customer needs into clear requirements, test new features, and help improve internal implementation playbooks.
• Operations & strategy: Help us design and improve how we deliver projects, from timelines and communication to internal workflows.
• Business development & investor support (optional): Depending on your profile, you may also support sales conversations and investor updates with analyses and materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred).
• First work experience - whether through internships or a first full-time job - in startups, consulting, banking, or data-focused roles.
• Comfortable working with data : advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills are a must; first experience with SQL or Python is a strong plus.
• You enjoy understanding how things fit together end to end and are willing to dive into details (data issues, edge cases, process gaps) to make implementations work.
• Thriving in fast-moving, sometimes unstructured environments and like to take ownership of topics instead of waiting for instructions.
• Excellent communicator with customers and colleagues, fluent in English (German is a plus but not required).
• Self-driven, hands-on, and eager to learn . We will not micro-manage you.
