Your Responsibilities:

• Preparation of detailed cost calculations for bridge construction and concrete infrastructure projects
• Analysis of drawings, technical specifications and bills of quantities
• Quantity take-offs and creation of cost breakdown structures
• Pricing of materials, labour, equipment and subcontractor services
• Evaluation and comparison of subcontractor and supplier offers
• Support of tender submissions and commercial documentation
• Close cooperation with project managers, engineers and construction teams
• Identification of cost risks and optimisation potential
• Support during handover from tender phase to project execution

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a comparable technical qualification
• Several years of experience as a Kalkulator / Cost Estimator in civil engineering or infrastructure
• Strong background in bridge construction and/or concrete-intensive projects
• Solid understanding of construction methods in civil engineering
• Confident handling of calculations for concrete, reinforcement, formwork and structural works
• Very good Excel skills and experience with calculation software such as iTWO, RIB, ARRIBA, NEVARIS or similar
• Structured, analytical and commercially minded way of working
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
• Good German language skills, both written and spoken
