Venture Development Intern (f/m/d)

As a Venture Development Intern, we’re offering a fantastic opportunity to grow our distribution channels. We’re looking for experienced candidates ready to unlock new global revenue streams.

Your Tasks

• You will play a vital role by driving your own projects and pave the way to scale our non-DTC revenue streams
• You support the team in identifying global and local partnerships & initiate the first contact
• You will focus on implementation and help optimizing our processes
• You will work directly with all key departments (e.g. Operations, Marketing & Product) to evaluate and drive internal and external business development opportunities
• You will work on high-impact end-to-end business projects while still taking care of day-to-day operations

We believe, you'll be successful if..

• You are currently pursuing or already completed your studies (Bachelor or Master)
• You show high levels of empathy and emotional intelligence in your daily work with our clients and departments
• You have a strong entrepreneurial spirit combining hands-on mentality and data-driven decision ability
• You are able to plan, execute and lead projects
• You have previous experience in a demanding growth environment (i.e. Start-up, Venture Capital or Consulting) and demonstrated your ability to perform well under pressure, handle several projects and responsibilities simultaneously
• You are fluent in English and German - both in oral and written communication
